03. Materials and Design Philosophy
Within a compact and highly efficient area of 300 m², every architectural element has been carefully selected to create a sense of durability and understated luxury:
Ventilated Stone Façade:
The use of dark-toned stone panels with rich textures gives the villa a monumental appearance while simultaneously ensuring excellent thermal insulation.
Wood Details and Lighting:
Vertical wooden elements (fins) bring warmth, while the exterior lighting scenography (up-down lights) highlights the façade textures during the evening.
Transparency and Comfort:
Large floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors ensure that natural light becomes part of everyday life, creating a smooth transition toward the terrace and the family’s landscaped garden.
04. Our Architectural Vision
"With 2L_VILA, our goal was to create an architecture where every detail speaks of quality. We combined the solidity of stone with the warmth of wood to create the ideal shelter for a family life filled with comfort."
Contemporary Living:
An intelligent separation between the daytime living area on the ground floor and the nighttime (sleeping) area on the upper floor.
The Courtyard as an Extension of the House:
A safe green space for children and an ideal setting for relaxation at the end of the day.
Welcoming Details:
Balconies with transparent glass maintain the visual purity of the façade and allow unobstructed views.
