AN Horizon | Contemporary Living by the Seaside

01. Project Introduction

AN Horizon in Tivat (Bar) is an important residential project that embodies simplicity, elegance, and the functionality of modern coastal architecture. Positioned in a location that offers a brilliant connection with the landscape and open horizon, this building is designed to provide a calm and quality living experience.

The exterior design is characterized by a very clean and regular facade grid, which combines a sense of privacy with maximum openness toward the natural light of the Mediterranean environment.

02. Technical Details

The main specifications that shape the structure of this residential complex:

AN Horizon

  • Location: Bar, Montenegro

  • Year: 2025

  • Area: 2,400 m²

  • Typology: Housing

03. Design Characteristics and Facade

Within an area of 2,400 m², the building's architecture has been developed with a focus on details that enhance the aesthetic value and residents' comfort:

  • Modern Modular Facade: The use of large light cream-colored panels creates a clean, monolithic, and quite elegant appearance, reflecting sunlight and maintaining visual freshness.

  • Color Contrast: The emphasized or top floor distinguishes itself through a warm terracotta nuance (reddish-orange), giving the building a unique character and breaking the monotony of the main structure.

  • Transparency and Greenery: Integrated balconies are equipped with full glass protection (frameless), which allows light penetration and creates ideal spaces for personal greenery, connecting beautifully with the shared courtyard on the ground floor.

04. Architectural Vision

"With AN Horizon we aimed to bring a new standard of collective living to the city of Bar. By combining the clean rhythm of the facade with tall windows, we created apartments where natural light and landscape are key parts of the interior."

  1. Tall Venetian Windows: Every residential unit benefits from large windows that ensure excellent ventilation and maximum lighting throughout the day.

  2. Environmental Integration: The ground floor courtyard is surrounded by green areas and decorative trees, creating a pleasant micro-climate for residents.

  3. Sustainable Materials: The choice of facade materials and window frames was made considering coastal climate conditions, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance.
