ANYWHERE HOUSE | Revolution of Compact and Flexible Living
01. Competition Concept
ANYWHERE HOUSE (part of the TINNY HOUSE Competition) is an architectural response to the modern need for freedom, ecological sustainability, and spatial efficiency. Conceived as an intelligent structure of only 24 m² to 30 m², this house can be placed, oriented, and adapted to almost any type of terrain – within or outside urban boundaries.
It is not simply about a small house, but about a dynamic living system that values nature, minimizes ecological footprint, and offers a unique living experience through core principles:
RationalHouse: Perfect organization with an intelligent collaboration platform.
LivableHouse & IdentifiableHouse: Unique character that enhances quality of life and creates extraordinary memories.
Resilient & Anywhere House: Durable structure that can be relocated and reorganized in countless combinations.

TINNY HOUSE Competition
Year: 2023
Area: 30 m²
Typology: Housing
03. Intelligent Architecture in 24 m²
Despite the compact surface area, the internal organization functions as a machine refined to the smallest detail, divided into living zones through vertical utilization (loft/mezzanine):
Ground Floor: Integrates the protected external terrace, living/working area, cooking area, sanitary facilities (WC/Shower), and hidden storage.
Mezzanine Floor (Loft): Entirely dedicated to the sleeping area, maximizing privacy and maintaining clear ceiling height on the ground floor.
Wooden Envelope: A rhythmic structure with wooden louvers that functions as a thermal regulator. During summer it protects the house from overheating, while during winter it allows penetration of low sun rays for passive heating.
04. Green Technology and Self-Sufficiency (Off-Grid)
The project is designed as an autonomous system that functions in complete harmony with the environment:
Alternative Energy: Photovoltaic (PV) solar panel integrated into the roof collects energy and stores it in batteries for continuous supply.
Water Management (Rainwater System): The rainwater collection system through filters and dedicated tanks enables water purification for household use or its clean return to nature.
Geothermal Heating: The use of a heat pump (Ground Source Heat Pump) ensures optimal temperature with minimal energy consumption.
